• Bridging the gaps

    Connecting people through communication

  • Finding the way

Tóri – the Japanese word for “passage”, “route” or “way”

As a Trainer:

I help my clients see that communication is not only about speaking what we think, but more about ensuring others hear what we mean. Understanding the impact of culture in communication helps remove walls, builds bridges, and creates harmony.

As a Coach:

I have clients who have dilemmas, both privately and within business settings. It might not be apparent that cultural drivers are at play within my client’s dilemma; therefore, it is up to me to guide the process by supporting the client in seeing the connection between culture and communication.

MY LIFE, DEVOTED TO COMMUNICATION.

HEIDI KINCAID-ASKANAZY

Bringing the global community together and showing them that we have more similarities than differences is what drives me. Communication is the vehicle, and culture sits in the passenger seat.
