Through my years of teaching Business English as a second language, I saw the importance of how language is connected to culture and how misunderstandings could be avoided if communication was more culturally compatible. It is not a matter of just speaking English or applying a one-size-fits-all approach; doing business with another culture and working closely in a global team requires cultural awareness. Culture influences many aspects of our daily work and life. Tasks we often take for granted. For example, our perception of time, how we approach processes, develop trust and deal with hierarchy are all very much culturally based.
This workshop is ideal if you work in a global team.
During the training, participants will understand other cultures in-depth and learn how to manage cultural differences successfully.
