As a Trainer:

As a trainer, I see the potential in every person. As I often tell my clients, our education was not focused on developing soft skills but on theories and how to apply them. Only when we embark on professional careers do we realize that we lack necessary skills such as active listening, showing empathy, being inclusive, and being culturally competent.

As a Coach:

As a life and business coach, I help clients identify the drivers that inhibit their growth. I inspire and motivate them to find new ways of looking at old problems. My philosophy is that everyone has the answers; my task is to support you in creating a road map directing you towards your goals.

My philosophy – Everyone has the potential

HEIDI KINCAID-ASKANAZY
